Foti and Jensen Voted to Eliminate Caucuses
On cross-examination, defense attorney Stephen Meyer asked Foti if he and Jensen had approached the speaker in 1995, after Republicans had gained a majority in the Assembly, to eliminate the caucuses. Blanchard objected on relevance, and Ebert sustained before he could answer.
Meyer asked if Foti and Jensen were part of the Joint Committee on Legislative Operation that voted to eliminate the caucuses. Foti said yes.
